Anyone staying in Hanoi from October 9-12 will have chance to participate in the 2014 traditional craft village tourism festival at the Quan Ngua Sports Palace during this period.

In fact, the festival, themed “Convergence of Quintessence”; which will feature 400 booths introducing products of traditional craft villages in Hanoi and other localities nationwide.

Visitors to the event will have a chance to enjoy special dishes of the capital city and other localities.

Last year’s event drew the participation of 139 trade villages in Hanoi; and provinces in the Red River Delta; which showcased their products at 300 stalls.

Tourism guru plants the seed for floral canal in Saigon It is high time for Ho Chi Minh City to say goodbye to its signature flower street in the downtown area and take advantage of its canals, a seasoned tourism expert has suggested.
